Procrastination is like…

Peaches’ father always used to say “I’ve got so much to do I think I’ll take a nap.”

I don’t disagree with that strategy– a good rest and a clear mind can usually give me the turbo boost needed to kick my to-do list’s ass.  Today I just haven’t been able to find my rhythm.  So instead of tackling to-do list of pressing items, I cleaned and re-organized my studio.  Lessons I learned?

  • You can never have too much glitter or too many Sharpies
  • Yellow makes me happy
  • I need to keep a better inventory.  I could probably prevent at least 86 trips to the craft store in the span of a year.
  • Don’t clean your office when you should be doing work.  Because now I’m tired and really just want to take a nap.

At least I brainstormed whilst re-organizing.  Stay tuned for a happy collection of hand painted yellow and orange office prints!
